Why is Launch Lab Rocketry acquiring Vander-Burn?
We’re always striving to bring you some of the best products in rocketry, and Vander-Burn is definitely one of the best. So when Toby Vanderbeek approached us looking for someone to continue the legacy he’s created, we gladly accepted the challenge. Toby would like to spend more time with his family, and we thought his product lines would be great additions to our family! A match made in rocketry heaven! Thank you Toby for creating awesome products, making Vander-Burn a household name, and for allowing us to keep the fun going!
Is Vander-Burn still going to be located in California?
No. All remaining Vander-Burn inventory is now at Launch Lab in CT.
Will you be making changes to the Vander-Burn product lines?
In short, no. All the items you used to order from Vander-Burn should be available from Launch Lab when we re-launch Vander-Burn, or very shortly thereafter.
Will I be able to order both Vander-Burn and Launch Lab items in the same order?
Absolutely! We will be adding Vander-Burn items to our store, and you can checkout all together!
Will you still be taking custom orders?
Custom orders will be paused momentarily while we re-launch Vander-Burn. We hope to not only add more popular items to the store and product lines, but also return to custom work shortly afterwards. In the meantime, if you really really need a custom order, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
When will you re-launch Vander-Burn items?

Will the quality still be the same?
Absolutely. We will be using all of Vander-Burn’s high quality files, the same type of laser, and the same type of Baltic Birch plywood that Vander-Burn used. Toby will also be providing support behind the scenes for a while.
When you re-launch, do I visit Vander-Burn’s or Launch Lab’s website to order?
Launch Lab’s site. If you do go to the Vander-Burn site, it will redirect to Launch Lab once we re-launch.
